Personal training

What is 1-1 Personal training?

1-1 Personal training is the traditional method of training, we'll meet up and go through a training session together.

How do we get started?

First, we'll have a discussion about you, your current standpoint and the goals you want to achieve. From there we'll work together to lay out a plan of action to set up session timetables and plan how you'll get the results

What's included?

Once you sign up for 1-1 PT with ReedFit coaching you'll get access to our app, for nutrition and workout tracking. A fully bespoke training program will be developed, and you'll get our expert guidance while in the gym and outside the gym!

What are the costs?

Your initial consultation is free! As that's where we'll get to know each other, and decide whether our in person PT is for you!

From there I offer a few options

£35 per session

£300 Monthly (10 sessions per month)

 

What locations do you offer

Currently I offer my training services in the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Devon areas. Your sessions can either be at one of the gyms I am partnered with, or I'll come to you and you can train from the comfort of your own home (Additional costs involved)
