About me

Hi, I'm Olly and I started ReedFit Coaching in 2022 after working with and achieving groundbreaking results with many of my 1-1 PT clients.

My passion for personal training and helping people obtain their results has come from my own personal fitness journey, where I took myself from someone who was overweight, under muscled, and lacked confidence, to the man I am today, as after all training in the gym isn't just for the body but for the mind too.

How did you get into personal training?

After working for a year as the coach for the Aberystwyth lacrosse team, and finding many successes in not only the teams league standings but also all the players strength and conditioning, I decided to continue with training people but instead take it to a 1-1 basis as opposed to team coaching.

After spending an extra year in Aberystwyth to perfect my skills I quickly gained a following and became known as one of the better PTs in the area. Since then I decided to move on and bring my talents to other areas, even opening up my online training where I now train people all over the globe.

What type of training do you personally do?

I follow a variety of different training structures, of course most of my training is done in a bodybuilding fashion, high weights, training often. But I also partake in a large amount of athletics training and endurance running, as I need to stay fit and athletic to perform while playing lacrosse, rugby, and while participating in long distance running

What qualifications and experience do you have?

When it comes to picking out a good personal trainer, the qualifications don't mean much! As someone who has seen many qualified trainers know less than the regular gym goers! That being said it's still important to have the basics.

- Level 2 gym instructor

- Level 3 Personal Trainer

- Sports Nutrition Certification

- Lacrosse Coach (3 years)

- S&C Coach
